Pingchuang Steel Structure is a comprehensive service company integrating steel structure manufacturing and international trade. Our headquarters is based in Zigong City, Sichuan Province, China. The factory covers an area of 20,000 square meters with total 150 staff, including 20 designers/engineers and 100 skilled technicians.

Upgraded the equipment with fully automated H/T building steel beam rectification assembly and welding apparatus, coupled with the precision of robotic systems dedicated to intelligent steel marks encoding. Monthly production capacity exceeds 3,000 tons. We utilize CNC cutting, Sa2.5 shot blasting, and perform 100% ultrasonic testing on all structural welds to ensure the highest quality and safety.

Factory Workshop & Production

Our state-of-the-art production lines are designed for maximum efficiency and precision. We operate multiple H-beam and T-beam automated welding lines, CNC multi-head cutting machines, and large-scale shot-blasting machines.

Every piece of steel is tracked from raw material to finished product. Our production capacity of 3,000 tons per month allows us to handle multiple large-scale projects simultaneously without compromising on delivery timelines.
